The tool can identify errors in individual words of the seed phrase and suggest similar words from the BIP39 wordlist. This can be helpful, for example, if someone mishears or mistypes a word from a paper backup and you are not sure what word was originally intended. ⚠️ The goal is never to collect actual seed ⚠️ — the goal is to help the user locate typos and correct them in a safe, controlled manner.
The result of testing and correcting your Seed will be a suggestion and highlighting of the most likely word that is similar to your "bad" word and is found in BIP39 encryption. You can then replace this word and use the CHECK SEED tool to test whether your security key (Seed Phrases) is secure.
